Echo Ridge Stables will be offering ONE weeks of riding camp over March break in 2024 and THREE weeks of Summer Camp. Space is limited and based on a first come first serve basis.

CAMP Descriptions:
The key design points of the programs are:
1. Safe and Fun introduction to riding and/or farm animal care
2. Hands-on Introduction to Horsemanship and Stable Management Topics
3. Bridge and Connect FUNdamentals to riding through Game Based Learning
4. Engage Participants Physically, Mentally, and Emotionally
Riding Camp (ages 7-14):
Activities include Western and English riding lessons (with an introduction to various disciplines over the week), stable management, crafts, in-hand and under saddle games.
Our programs are designed to provide an opportunity to learn fundamental and transferable sport skills though an introduction to riding in a fun and safe learning environment.
The programs introduce riding based on a multi-disciplinary approach and the "FUNDAMENTALS" stage of the Long-Term Athletic Development (LTAD) model in Canada.
Riding Camp Fees:
Mon-Fri (8:30am - 3:00pm): 500$/wk plus GST
Farm Animal Fun Camp (Ages 5 and up):
These camps involve hands-on learning activities with our horses, goats, sheep, chickens, rabbits, cats, dogs and more! Activities include grooming, handling and feeding of various farm animals, as well as crafts, games, nature walks, bird watching, scavenger hunts and much more! This camp is a fantastic opportunity for your child to develop an awareness and appreciation for the natural environment and a compassion for all living thing! Note: Farm Camp does NOT include formal riding lessons or independent riding, though children will work with and around the ponies with support.

Mon-Fri (8:30am - 1:00pm): 350$/wk plus GST
NOTE: riding and farm camps DO NOT run concurrently. Please select the scheduled dates for specific camps. If the option is not listed, it is not currently being offered. Please email if you would like to inquire about farm camp. Groups of 6 or more can arrange additional farm camp weeks to the dates listed above.

PD Day and Private Group Fun Day Fees:
8:30am - 2:30pm: 80$/participant. MINIMUM of 6 participants to run these camps..
